I am now applying for a job that will help to enhance my career as a computer science graduate.. Im just afraid to start a career in programming.. do u think that those companies offering a training will provide the necessary knowledge and ideas to start on this kind of field? it will be from basic going to advance level? Can u please share some experiences on dealing with the challenges as a programmer trainee?

How do I start a career in programming???
Everyone had to have their first job. You might need help getting started with your first real world project. But if you'd made good grades in school, you will have no problem once you get going. Companies who hire entry-level programmers know what they are getting into when they hire new grads. And you are not expected to know everything on day 1.
