I belongs to Hardware and Networking (MCSE)





And I am interested for a change in my career to get better pay jobs





But I am confused, Which is the shortcut way





.NET, PHP, Database administration or any others





I mean to learn quick within 1 month and change my career

I would say learning the core concept of programming first. Then you can learn syntax of different language such as PHP, .Net, ColdFusion.





Then you will need to understand databases so you can query databases. Its difficult to become a programmer within a month. And I don't think you can get a good paying job without decent work experiences which takes a few years.
Reply:I don't want to discourage you from your goal, but I've never had a single course on programming that didn't last at least two and a half months. Like in many other things, the shortcut will often lead to false starts and more obstacles than simply choosing a longer and better path. You can start learning in a month, but I'd say you certainly won't be job ready in less than a year regardless of how you learn or what pieces of paper you can get. Best to start now and give yourself more time to make the switch, I think. People don't realize it, but a career in anything is about 9/10s reputation, and the reputation you make on a first job in a new field will tend to stick, IMHO. Good luck. Pivy.
