My grandparents and my mother are low income/disabled, and I was wondering are there any programs in Ohio to help them obtain a decent vehicle? They can't get financing because their income is too low, and they can't afford the prices at a buy-here-pay-here.

Our local newspaper offers free ads to ask for help for those in need. Call your local newspaper for ideas.
