Is there a website or computer program that can help me calculate my calorie intakes?

I want to gain weight so i want to begin calculating my calorie intakes. Is there a program or a website that can help me calculate my calories, like add them up and convert food into calories. For example a chicken cutlet=??? calories. Thanks, and if you have any tips that would be good.

I like fitday.com You get good features for free and of course have the option to upgrade for a nominal charge. I've always used the free version and it worked quite well. It breaks down chicken into fried, rotisserie, baked, etc., and does the same with most popular foods.
Reply:Yes..sparkpeople.com

You can also ask experts questions in the message board section as well. I love this site because it is easy to use and extremely informational.
