Working in the Medical Billing, Collection Field for 15+ years has shown Me that Many people have noone to assist in many basic needs like transportation to the grocery store, Dr office or even sitting down and understanding medical bills and when to pay a bills from Doctors and Hospitals,with the result of many paying moneies to companies then the Insurance pays and the provider pockets the refund. I would like to know how I can start a community service program, Non profit, service or is that even possible in this Time we live? the only payment Id even concider is if the Person would like to Donate Money to the cause or volunteer to help, Can anyone help Me with information on how to get started?
