What are some websites that can help with linear programming?
I assume you want to use the Simplex algorithm for numerical solution of the linear programming problem. This problem isn't "finding the maximum and minimum" but rather maximizing or minimizing a given linear functional on a set of real variables, given a set of linear inequalities on the variables.
